At HER SPACE, every order is made especially for you. Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Multiple Packages

To help fulfill your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately. If your order arrives in multiple packages, don't worry—your remaining items are on their way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

HER SPACE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
